You (f.)أَنْتُنَّ
They (m.)هُمْ
They (f.)هُنَّ
They (neuter)هِيَ

The plural of 'it' is considered feminine singular, therefore 'they' (neuter) will become 'she' when translated into Arabic.
In Arabic all non-human plurals are considered feminine singular.
